This 8mm beaded bracelet features Obsidian, Petrified Wood,  Agate, Red Jasper and Dalmatian Jasper crystal.  It also includes a lava stone bead, perfect for diffusing essential oils if you choose. 

You can add one or two drops of essential oil to the lava bead and let it absorb in, perfect to use as a sensory bracelet and to receive the benefit of essential oils all day long.

Measurements - we use a high quality elastic, and if you measure your wrist using a tape measure or a piece of ribbon against a ruler, you will have the right measurement for your bracelet.  Don't pull the tape measure too tight or hold it too loose, just measure your wrist exactly and half an inch if you like a slightly looser fit.
